Barbara Bayes, Research Assistant and ROPS Hotline Facilitator Barbara’s role as a Research Assistant has included various research projects at NYCAMH but her primary function is as the ROPS Hotline Facilitator, assisting farmers with the NYS ROPS Rebate Program. This includes fielding inquiries about the program, providing assistance with locating the correct certified ROPS for a particular tractor, as well as providing price estimates for the ROPS. Also, she ensures that the rebate checks are generated once the proper paperwork has been provided. |
