This manual is designed for medical care providers who work with migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the Northeast. This reference material is designed to assist with a number of aspects of farmworker medical care, ranging from cultural issues (cultural competency), understanding the agricultural workplace (organized by crop), taking an occupational health history, common diagnoses, patient education and Worker’s Compensation.
