| A recent statewide study conducted by the New York Center for Agricultural Medicine & Health revealed high incidence of hearing loss, increased incidence of skin lesions In response to these findings, NYCAMH offers health screenings to farmers and their families in the following areas:
In addition to the screening, NYCAMH offers preventive education to the participants. This education includes use of personal protective equipment and environmental means to reduce exposure.
